FIRST, VERIFY does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or consent status with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing messaging services. We may share your information, including SMS opt-in status, with third-party service providers (such as messaging platform providers, telecommunications carriers, and vendors) solely to deliver SMS communications on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to FIRST, VERIFY and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

FIRST, VERIFY does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children. If you are a Child, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website and provide verification of parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your Child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@firstverify.com. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a Child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers. 

For purpose of this section, “Child” means an individual under the age of 18 years unless, under the privacy laws applicable to such individual, a majority to disclose personal information is attained earlier. 

Without limiting the generality of the definition set forth above, an individual who has attained: 

i. age of 13 years, if he/she is governed by COPPA; 

ii. age of 16 years, if he/she is governed by GDPR; and

iii. such lower age than 18 years as permitted under privacy laws applicable to that individual to consent to the collection of personally identifiable information;

shall not be considered a Child.
